Role:

  1. Market research & Lead generation
  2. Company registration with potential MLVs
  3. Ownership of small and medium Customers
  4. Monthly sales target of new customers
  5. Monthly target for assigned accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads.
    • Search and acquire information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
    • Generate sales qualified leads by conducting Internet-based, targeted research based upon approved plan
    • Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
    • Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
    • Execute sales plans to penetrate the market for Translation services and capture significant market share.
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Account Management
    • Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
    • Help drive customer references
    • Maintaining and Developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
    • Client satisfaction and retention reporting
    • Always up to date with customer needs and forecasts
  • Commercial
    • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
    • Meet sales targets through building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
    • Ensures Overall and Customer specific Revenue and growth targets are met
